How do I place an order?

How long will my order take?

We work diligently to get orders out in a timely manner. Turn around time ultimately depends on item availability and quantity ordered. When you contact us, we can provide you with a timeframe based on your specific order. We do request orders at least 4 weeks in advance. If your time frame is less than that, there will be a $75 fee.

What hide colors are available?

We can get hide to fit the needs of our customers. We prefer to laser short haired lighter colored hides on our awards because it is the most clear.

Are there any additional fees?

All prices for product are set with customization already included! Additional fees may include artwork digitalization (logo conversion is the most common) or expedited product fees. Any LARGE order not placed 4 weeks ahead of time will be charged a rush fee of 20%.
